The NPC is dressed similarly to this Head Admin some of you have become familiar with, but the details are lacking, as if their avatar wasn't fully thought out. And oddly enough... it even looks like they've got a wig on. Huh. They're also incredibly agreeable to whatever you ask them and uncharacteristically helpful.
This definitely isn't the Hien that's been around. Maybe this is some kind of punishment for a lack of professionalism.
