⬣//How does bonus activity work?

Bonus rewards are earned by submitting additional threads beyond what is required for AC. Bonuses come in the form of level ups and gold. Unique equipment can also be earned through bonus activity.

While threads may be submitted at any time, they must have been started within the current or previous month to count towards bonuses (e.g. during August, threads started in July or August may be submitted at any time, but threads started in June or earlier cannot be turned in).

⬣//Leveling up

Completing minimum activity requirements will boost your character a total of five levels, after which they will gain one level per three comments posted.

Each month, the level cap rises by 25 levels up to a maximum of 100. Players cannot exceed the monthly level cap, but there is no limit on how many levels are gained per month (e.g., if you are level 25 and the current cap is 75, you can level up a maximum of 50 times).

If you fall behind, don’t fret! There will be power leveling events to help you catch up to your friends, so keep an eye out on upcoming events.

⬣//Currency

Players earn gold that can be used to buy equipment, items, guild upgrades, and more for each tag submitted.

Tags submitted for base activity earn 100 gold each.

Any tags exceeding base activity earn 150 gold each.

You can earn a maximum of 10,000 gold per 25 levels. This still takes the monthly level cap into consideration.

⬣//Unique Equipment & Weapons

Reaching the level cap each month will earn your character a set of rare equipment and a weapon unique to them. These items cannot be acquired elsewhere and are tailored to their specific tastes.

This is a special reward that may only be acquired by hitting the current month’s level cap (e.g., hitting level 25 when the current cap is 50 will not earn you this reward).

⬣//Spells & Skills

Your character’s spells and skills level up with them, evolving into stronger forms every 25 levels. At level 100, a unique set of spells tailored to your specific character will be issued to them. For more information on unlocking spells, check out the Spells and Skills pages.

⬣//Submitting

Please create a permanent top level with your player name in the subject line. Reply to that comment with your character’s name and canon in the subject line. You will need to do this for each character you have in the game. All submissions must be submitted under your character’s top-level or they will not be processed.

Complete the following form and calculate your totals. You may submit threads for bonus activity at any time, but please allow 48 hours for processing. There is no limit to the number of threads you submit in a month or the number of comments in each thread. If the math doesn’t add up, we will recalculate your total.

Bardic Inspiration: Your robes are of the scholarly sort, the kind that studious wizards in the games you’ve played will often wear, and wearing them yourself fills you with inspiration. Befitting your robes, your staff is reminiscent of a large quill, the bottom edge sharp and ready to carve out spells while the top half flares out somewhat in a feather-shaped pattern. With your wealth of game knowledge, it’s a cinch for you to help your party members in need. When casting non-elemental, water, and wood spells, your party members have one third of their HP restored. When casting thunder, darkness, fire, and earth spells, a shield will be cast on your party that will nullify a single hit, regardless of damage. Shields will not stack and will last until the player is no longer in battle. However, the healing and shielding will not affect you. As you’re a beastman, any spells that summon animals will deal double damage. It's great to be the jack of all trades, isn't it?

Tep Em (Non-Elemental): Summons either a small dog, cat, bird, or goat. Petting them for five seconds will grant you 30% Phys/Mag Attack, 100% Phys/Mag Defense. Applies Charmed (Special) to the petter, which makes you immune to other Charm effects and doesn't stop you from attacking. Aromatherapy: Cast over an area that can fit up to 4 units, whether allies or foes. If ally, mental debuffs (confuse, charm, fear, hysteria, etc) are gradually cured over five seconds. LEVEL 100 SPECIAL SET UNLOCKED

The GOAT: A set of rough-hewn robes stitched from goat hide and soft wool lining. These robes are well worn and ragged at the fringes, but the litany of patches sewn into the fabric prove that these robes have seen a lot of use and an equal amount of love. The accompanying staff bears a number of intricately carved woodland creatures along its body. This set of armor provides a 25% boost to your SP and nullifies all Earth element attacks.
