You will need to do this for each character you have in the game. When submitting activity, put the month and year in the subject line and your activity in the body of the comment.
If you were accepted into The World during the last two weeks of the month, you are not required to submit activity for the current AC period. Players accepted during the first two weeks of the month are required to meet activity check requirements in full.
